What car will beat a toyota mr2 spider?

ME and my friend are gonna drag.I'm sure my 98 eclipse gsx wont beat it.I'm willing to buy a car under 20 grand.What will beat it?

Honestly there is alot of cars that will pull away from this in a Dig. MR2's are mid engine cars so they are quite fast off the line, You will want an AWD car or Rear Wheel, Personally I drive a 95 Pontiac Trans Am 6 speed and I have only raced one MR2 we were both stock an I pulled on him by 2 cars we raced to 90-100mph. So here is a list of cars I recomend! 1993-2002 Camaro/Trans Am V8's. 96-04 Mustang Cobra's. 03-05 Dodge SRT-4 all can be picked up for under 10grand in nice condition and running strong! I recomend F-bodys due to the fact I work at Hutter Racing and all the work we do is on LSX's Corvettes, Camaro's, Firebirds etc.... Any car can be fast but if your looking for a fast stock car find your self a nice 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 6 Speed, your looking at 325hp 345FTLBS Tq, 13.10's in the 1/4mile 0-60 in 5.1 sec an yes it will beat a 2005 MR2
