If the vehicle was originally for the US market, and purchased in the US, I think that the Toyota Sienna is allowed. However, you will need to provide proof that all recalls have been performed on the vehicle, and make sure that it meets Canadian requirements (usually DRLs are the main problem), besides paying the duties and taxes on it.
